We’re pretty stringent with our quality control, but occasionally something might slip through the cracks.

Faults/Incorrect Orders: 

The Sky Soles Returns Policy includes a 30 day return period from the date of purchase.

Sky Soles Canada (CA) will request photos of the fault claim prior to approving the return. If the item is found to be faulty, Sky Soles CA will repair or replace your order at our discretion, by supplying a return shipping label*.

If your product is faulty and cannot be repaired or replaced; Sky Soles CA will supply a return shipping label and you are eligible for a full refund*. 

Sometimes we don't get it right. If we have sent you an incorrect item Sky Soles CA will supply a return shipping label for the incorrect item and will rectify your order*.

Also;

  • Items must be unworn, undamaged and unmarked
  • In their original condition, and
  • In the original packaging or shoe box (we consider this part of the item) with applicable accessories

Size/Style Swap: 

Remember, Sky Soles CA offers Canada customers one free "size/style swap". Should you use our fitting guide and the shoes don't quite fit, please contact info@skysoles.ca to arrange your size/style swap.

To be eligible for a size swap;

  • Items must be unworn, undamaged and unmarked
  • In their original condition, and
  • In the original packaging or shoe box (we consider this part of the item) with applicable accessories

Change of Mind (before size/style swap): 

If you change your mind (it happens to the best of us), or wish to return an unwanted gift, we will still refund your purchase if returned within 30 days of purchase, but the return shipping isn’t covered, and refunds will be sent to the original purchaser’s method of payment. We will supply a returns label under the Canada Post, DHL, Canpar, UPS or FedEx postal systems and the cost of returning your package to Canada will be deducted from the refund. No handling fees are added, only the exact cost billed to us by the carrier.

To be eligible for a change of mind refund;

  • Items must be unworn, undamaged and unmarked
  • In their original condition, and
  • In the original packaging or shoe box (we consider this part of the item) with applicable accessories

We reserve the right to decline an item for a refund if:

  • The return was made after 30 days
  • The products are marked, damaged or show signs of wear
  • The products are not returned in their original and undamaged box or packaging

Due to the large distances across Canada, change of mind refunds after a size/style swap will incur a refund deduction made up of two components;

  1. Postage from our warehouse to your address (Parcel 1)
  2. Postage from your address to our warehouse (Parcel 2)

These deductions reflect the exact cost we have incurred from our shipping carriers and no handling fees or surcharges are added.

To be eligible for a change of mind refund;

  • In the original packaging or shoe box (we consider this part of the item) with applicable accessories

Entering Discount Codes: 

After an online order has been placed through our system, the processing begins immediately. Please remember to enter any discount codes while submitting your order. We cannot honour your discount code after your order has been processed.

If you can call us immediately after placing your order, we may be able to cancel your order and resubmit it with the discount code. Our hours of operation are 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, from Monday to Friday.

Discounted items are not eligible for the complimentary Size/Style Swap. Any exchange of discounted items will incur these charges:

  1. Postage from our warehouse to your address (Parcel 1)
  2. Postage from your address to our warehouse (Parcel 2)

Additionally, only items that meet the following conditions are eligible for exchange;

  • Items must be unworn, undamaged and unmarked
  • In their original condition, and
  • In the original packaging or shoe box (we consider this part of the item) with applicable accessories

* Sky Soles will provide a Canada Post, DHL, Canpar, UPS or FedEx shipping label via email, which will need to be printed and attached to the package. Lodgement with the carrier will be the responsibility of the customer. Return shipping to the customer will be processed with Canada Post, DHL, Canpar, UPS or FedEx back to your address.
